At GenerLink, we stand behind the reliability of our hybrid transfer switch systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully pack the GenerLink unit and all included accessories in the original heavy-duty box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
